Hello from Paris!!

The beginning....

The photo that currently sums up my life :-) site seeing.....meeting people and learning french!

I am just about to start my third week living in my new town Chatenay-Malabry (or Chatenay Malibu to my crazy friends back in Bedford).
The first 2 weeks have been so busy and I have managed to do so much in such a short space of time but loved every minute of it.
So were do I start........on my second day I visited an organisation called WICE which specialises in supporting the English community in Paris! Having never needed to read in a map in 24 years, I now realised this was a good time to start as I needed to some how find WICE in the middle of crazy Paris :-) Through this organisation I have met 2 Australians and 1 welsh girl who I meet up with during the week as their husbands / boyfriends are working during the day. So we are all stuck in the same boat......living in Paris......not speaking the language and having regular near death experiences with the so called zebra crossing!!!
